What to Expect on Your Tour

Visiting a memory care community for the first time can feel like a big step, so here's exactly what your visit will look like from start to finish.

1 Before You Arrive

Once you schedule your tour, a member of our team will call to confirm your appointment and answer any quick questions you have ahead of time. There's nothing to prepare, just come as you are.

2 When You Arrive

You'll be greeted personally at the door by a member of our care team, not left in a waiting room. We'll start with a short conversation about your loved one, their story, and what matters most to your family, so the rest of the visit is tailored to you.

3 During Your Tour

Over about 45 minutes, we'll show you our residents' private and shared spaces, common areas, dining room, and outdoor spaces, and introduce you to caregivers and staff along the way. You're welcome to ask questions the entire time, there's no rush.

4 After Your Tour

We'll sit down together to talk through pricing, availability, and next steps, with no pressure to decide on the spot. You'll leave with a clear picture of what life here looks like for your loved one and your family.

How long does a tour take?

Most tours run about 45 minutes, though we're happy to spend more time with you if you have questions.

Should I bring my loved one with me?

That's entirely up to you. Many families prefer to tour first on their own to get a feel for the community, then bring their loved one for a second visit.

Who will show us around?

A member of our care team will personally guide your tour and introduce you to staff and caregivers you'll see on future visits.

Is there anything I need to bring or prepare?

No, just bring your questions. We'll walk you through everything else.

What happens after the tour?

There's no obligation. We'll answer any remaining questions and let you take the time you need to decide what's right for your family.
